Prince Philip captured - Maleficent's POV
To only tell the scene from the POV of our handsome prince would be a disservice to the Mistress of All Evil. Here is a take on Maleficent's POV, with a first person telling of this incredible scene: As I arrived at the cottage in the glade, a part of me felt enraged at how they had been able to elude me for so long. The feeling of coming so close to failure concerned me for a moment, but the feeling flitted away as quickly as the woodland creatures when they met with my gaze. Why, if it hadn't have taken so long, I wouldn't have been able to take care of the only thing that could break my curse - a charming fairytale come true - well not in this tale. The urgency of the day had been replaced with a feeling of self gratification. The only thing that stands in my way is a peasant boy, enamored with a princess through cursed gifts of beauty and song. Repulsive qualities in anyone, especially repugnant to give to a child. The cottage was eerily secluded and quiet, perfect a setting
