In a city called Diamond-Cut City a young adult named Christian Matthews is brought to an E.W.O.F. base where he meets Jacquelyn Peta and Tina Wayne and is revealed that Sen has chosen him to be the Leader Warrior of Inner Team and he meets the chosen Red Warrior Anderson Young who’s a Karate expert and he agrees seeing he just has left is his overbearing father, Mr. Gordon Matthews, who cares for nothing but business and tried to plan his son’s life and Christian becomes the Neutron Warrior and Anderson the Heat Warrior. After finding out he has nowhere to stay first Jacquelyn volunteers, but he ends staying at Anderson’s after he decided to let stay with him and both of them start becoming good friends and the next day they soon meet the other chosen Warriors; Brittney Hana a Fencer Champion, Leon Chris a Kick Boxer student and Amy Wilson an Amateur Wrestler Champion and they are soon are dispatched to fight an Enrie the third and strongest form of the Arcaras, but luckily they’re fighting spawns of one and in Warrior form they defeat them, but a Enrie appears and due it being powerful they struggle against it and it grows and the Warriors summon their Koutetsus which are unlike the all the other Koutetsus because they vehicles that still have AI like spirits in them and they fight the Enrie with their Koutetsus’ weapons and they soon start doing damage to it and they soon combine them to make the Motor Koutetsu and defeat the Enrie. The Warriors soon learn that there are 25 Enries that serve a member of Renkai’s Council named Craze and that he plans to use the city as a feeding ground for his creatures. The Warriors vow to stop him at all cost.

After some battles Mr. Matthews soon creates his own fighting force the Golden Brigade to fight Craze’s Spawns and Christian seeing the news on TV is pissed that it’s another marketing project by his father and when some Spawns attack the Golden Brigade that easily walk through them with Mr. Matthews watching from nearby, but an experimental Spawn appears and takes out the Golden Brigade and the Warriors soon appear and defeat the Spawn, but Christian changes back to human form in front of his father and tells him that he’s in charge of his own destiny and tells his father that he wants nothing to do with him and when he leaves Mr. Matthews who is secretly hurt by what he try to do to his son. Soon the Warriors meet two more Warriors the Maximus Prime Duo, Tim Connell and Rocky Brandon, who help the Warriors defeat an Enrie with their own Koutetsu and they decided to stay and help the Warriors. Soon Tina created 6 Warrior Changers to make another Warrior team High-Speed Highway Patrol, but don’t know who to choose for the positions. Meanwhile Anderson is with his friends from the same Karate class he went to during childhood, Kim Tine, Jonathon Kingston, Justin Sams, Leo Fraser, Franklin Christopher and Eve Raze, who are actually wondering where he goes when he rushes off, but a group of Spawns attack and Anderson is forced to go Warrior form and reveals everything to them and they want to help, but he doesn’t want them involved and an Enrie appears and he races off to join up with the other Warriors while the Maximus Prime Duo fight it. As soon as the Warriors summon their Koutetsus the Enrie freezes them and they are at its mercy, but Anderson’s friends soon are brought to the E.W.O.F. base and they are given the High-Speed Highway Patrol and they become Warriors too and rescue the other Warriors. After a few fights a second Blue Warrior name Jessie Julian or J.J. is introduce and at first glance from the other Warriors she’s smug and very cocky in her own abilities believing she doesn’t need them, but one talk from Anderson lets her know that she follows his (because he’s second in command) and Christian’s orders and after a long fight with an Enrie she soon see’s there’s nothing wrong with working along with the others. After some more fights Craze shows himself to the Warriors and living up to his name he is completely crazy and wipes the floor with the Warriors and infects Brittney with a toxin, but an attack from J.J. causes Craze to accidently infect himself and he falls back. The Warriors start worrying about Brittney and due to her being benched they can’t form the Motor Koutetsu, but luckily High-Speed Highway Patrol have recently got their Koutetsus and with their help they are able to fight a lot of monsters easily, but an cure created for Brittney is destroyed and Christian he has no choice goes to his father and asks for him to make more of it, Mr. Matthews obviously sees it as a marketing opportunity, and Christian is able get to a lot of the cure to Brittney which works, but Craze learns of this and attacks the building with the cure and is cured to and Mr. Matthews confronts him and explains how admits he tried to plan his son’s life and he’s proud how he took control and Craze says “How touching a loving father…and disgusting” before attacking him injuring him before leaving. Soon another Warrior Cameron Scott joins and his Ash Chopper Koutetsu, Anderson’s Scorching Motorbike Koutetsu and Christian’s Ultra V8 Koutetsu all get second forms with turns Christian’s one into the Ira Koutetsu (an humanoid Koutetsu), Anderson’s one into the Pantera Koutetsu (a panther Koutetsu) and Cameron’s into the Murciélago (a bat Koutetsu) and the other Koutetsus can fuse with their Koutetsus to give them alternative fighting forms. After stopping a commit size Enrie from crashing into the city Christian heads off to the hospital to be with his dad and Mr. Matthews fully recovers and apologies for trying to control Christian’s life and is proud of his choice and tells him his place is with the Warriors and they hug renewing their relationship. During a battle with an Enrie the Warriors combine all their Koutetsus together to make the Motor Army Koutetsu and defeat the Enrie and they soon go off to fight some experimental Spawns and they have trouble with them until they received help from the TWS and Colin-Jonathon Dylan appears alongside with James and help drive the Spawns off and both teams exchange pleasantries and after taking the TWS back to E.W.O.F. base Colonel Bryan explains that him and his crew had received an distress message from Jacquelyn because she had scanned the Spawns and they are enhanced with a armour that allows them to learn attacks and counter, but they can only use them on one thing at a time and she decided to call Colonel Bryan’s team to help. Colin sends out a call to the rest of his team to have them come to help before he and James join the other Warriors and head to fight Craze and the Spawns when they arrive it’s at the same time the rest of Time Watcher team arrives and all the Warriors change and fight the Spawns and drive Craze away and defeat the Spawns with an combine attack and Time Watcher team say farewell to Inner team before they are last seen to the TWS flying over the Warriors waving at them before leaving. After a few more fights with Enries Anderson is saved from being injured from an ambush by his cousin Blake Dylan and both of them renew their long relationship before fighting an Enrie with both of their Koutetsus and defeat it and both say goodbye to each other on good terms.

After a few more battles Craze realizes he has lost all of the Enries and decided to do things his way and starts doing a very long spell which summons thousands of Spawns and launches a surprise attack during the night when all the Warriors are split up and are taken by complete surprise. Jacquelyn and Tina are also caught off guard when Spawns attack the base and they are forced to evacuate, but Tim and Rocky are there and fight off the Spawns giving the personal enough time to escape before escaping themselves by using their Koutetsus. Meanwhile Jonathon and Eve fight to protect Jonathon’s sister Timothy before getting assisted by Leo and Justin and they join up with Franklin and Leon and they soon find Mr. Matthews who’s both having the Golden Brigade help people and him trying to find his son. Amy, Brittney, Cameron and J.J. fight off some Spawns before finding the others while on the other side of town Anderson and Christian get attacked by a large swarm of Spawns led by Craze himself and are greatly outnumbered and resort blowing up the apartment building they were in destroying a large amount of Spawns before escaping using their Koutetsus sealed forms. Next morning the other Warriors, Jacquelyn, Tina and Mr. Matthews find both Christian and Anderson, but a Spawn arrives prepares to fire at Christian, but Anderson sees it and fires at it killing it but he gets hit too and to make matters worse Craze arrives and release and becomes a gigantic monstrous version of himself and reveals more adrenaline in him the bigger and stronger he gets. All of the Warriors summon their Koutetsus, even Anderson apart from being injured, and get thrown aside except for Christian who keeps attacking with his Koutetsu in Ira form and does some damage, but he too gets thrown aside before his father call in an old military friend, who has being experimenting on a gigantic gun, so he can give the Warriors it and after forming the Motor Army Koutetsu the Warriors use the gun and do some considerable damage to Craze and they use the gun again doing more damage before Craze destroys the gun, but the Warriors use the Motor Army Koutetsu’s finishing move and defeat Craze causing him to explode. The Warriors say goodbye revealing Rocky, Tim, Leon, J.J., Brittney, Cameron and Amy live in different cities and only moved in temporally and both Christian and Anderson are a sadden by saying goodbye to their friends and it’s revealed that both Christian and J.J. have fallen in love with each other and both tell each other they love one another before she leaves with the others with Tim and Rocky giving them a lift. Mr. Matthews comforts his son before suggesting that he wants Christian to lead the Golden Brigade, but Christian says he’ll do it if Anderson is his partner and Anderson agrees and all three of them look out at the sea with Mr. Matthews saying the city is in safe hands now and both Christian and Anderson laugh.
